The Objectives
- Provide appropriate recognition for students who have demonstrated at the highest level the Kern High School District’s Tradition of Excellence.
- Provide appropriate recognition of the parents who have played a major supporting role in the success of their student through a four year gauntlet of increasingly rigorous mental, physical and emotional challenges.
- To enhance with meaningful funding the opportunity for the Kern High School District’s most outstanding scholars to attend the nation’s best, and often most expensive, post secondary institutions.
- Provide the community an opportunity to help shape the future of Kern County by facilitating the preparation of the county’s best and brightest students to be the leaders of tomorrow.
